AR Internship Program

We are excited to announce our newly formed internship program. The AR Internship Program partners with schools, organizations, and individuals to provide an inside look into our beliefs, values, and ethos as we seek to care for culture by cultivating creative community. We desire to give interns an opportunity to grow in their medium, personhood, and gain experience in the workings of a faith-based arts nonprofit.

FREEDOM TO CREATE

We desire to give the participant a context to create for the simple reason we were created to create. Whether creating systems, visual art, or anything in between we love to make things and find joy in ideas and creativity. We are committed to helping people tap into creative and collaborative experiences.

CREATIVE COMMUNITY

We care about people. Relationships are best built within community. This leads us to pay special attention to the people we work with -- with weekly staff check ins and a group based art curriculum. We are not interested in leveraging relationships in order to promote our brand identity and build a platform. We are more interested in caring for people and the culture and city they’re apart of.

GAINED EXPERIENCE

Receive an inside look into our beliefs, values, and ethos as we seek to care for culture by cultivating creative community. We hope to provide an opportunity for participants to fulfill a role on staff and/or various projects tailored to the individual's passions and giftings.
